Oracle Universal Installer OS Version 6.1 Problem
When OS Version gets checked, Oracle Universal Installer says "required Version 5.0, 5.1 or 5.2".
Windows 7 shows as Version 6.1 and the installer says: "not successful".
Solution:
run Installer in Windows XP Service Pack 2 Compatibility Mode.
